Key Fall Ball Dates:

Registration: 7/12 - Early September
- Early Bird: 7/12 -7/31 ($155)
- Regular: 8/1 - 8/16 ($175)
- Late: 8/17 - 9/1 ($200)
- Sibling Discount: $20 for each additional sibling
- T-ball: $125

Assessments: Kaeser Field (times TBD)
- Fall ball assessment is Saturday 8/17
- Select assessment is Sunday 8/18

Season: Late August to early November
- Practices Start: Likely Week of August 26
- First Game: Exact date TBD but early September
- Last Game: Exact date TBD but late October
- Potential End of Season Tournaments:
  - 8U & 10U: Exact dates TBD but early November
  - 12U & 14U: Exact dates TBD but mid-November

Practices: (1x or 2x/week) most likely starting week of Aug 26. Practice start times vary with times as early as 4:00PM and as late as 7:00PM and will be held at Kaeser Field in 4S Ranch and at the Rancho Bernardo Community Park. Practice times are based on field and coach availability and are not determined until teams have been formed.

Games: Start early September and end early November. Games for all divisions other than T-Ball will be doubleheaders on Sunday at either Kaeser field, Rancho Bernardo Community Park or at other fields across San Diego County. Please assume that at least half of your games will be played at fields outside of the 4S/Rancho Bernardo area. Doubleheaders will be scheduled from 9 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 4 pm, with warmups starting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the first game start. T-Ball teams will only play one game on Sunday for one hour.
Tournament: There may be an opportunity for your team to play in an end of season tournament. If your team is selected and elects to play in this tournament, there will be an additional fee that you will be required to pay that is not included in the registration fees noted above.

Division Ages (NEW CHANGES): USA Softball defines the Division Classifications. The birthdate cutoff dates are noted below for division classification:

6U: September 1, 2017 - February 28,2020
8U: September 1, 2015- August 31, 2017
10U: September 1, 2013- August 31, 2015
12U: September 1, 2011- August 31, 2013
14U: September 1, 2009- August 31, 2011

We are excited that you would like to join us for a fall season of softball! We proudly represent Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, Del Sur and surrounding communities.

Fall Rec

The number of teams will be based on Manager/Coach availability and Players registered

Plan to field teams in all divisions – 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
T-Ball/6U teams will be formed based on schools/neighborhoods.
For all other divisions, teams will be leveled and formed based on a draft process.

Fees:

T-ball/6U $125
7/11-7/31: Early Bird Registration $155
8/1-8/16: Regular Registration $175
8/17-9/1: Late Registration $200
Assessments will be August 17th at Kaeser (Wells Fargo) Field
Sibling Discount: $20 for each additional sibling
