The Ranch Girls Softball League (TRGSL) was established in 2024 when Rancho Bernardo Girls Softball and 4S Girls Softball came together to create one league serving our community.



Today, The Ranch gives girls of all experience levels a place to learn the game, compete, make friends, and grow as players.

From a player's first season of recreational softball to the opportunity to represent The Ranch as an All Star, we want every girl to have a place where she feels like she belongs.

Our league is built by the families, coaches, volunteers, and sponsors who give their time to create a great experience for our players. Together, we are continuing the traditions of both leagues while building something our players and community can be proud of.
